View Full Version : 2 week cutting diet

Well, I am going on a cruise in 2 weeks and I would like to get cut up and show off these abs a bit more. Can someone give me a good diet or some good priniciples that will help me shed this extra fat in a couple of weeks? I have a fairly high metabolism, so I am confident that it will be no problem. I have been avoiding carbs at night, but would like to hear from some people who know what works!

Cardio + eating under maintenance. Dunno how much you weigh, so I don't know what else to say, hehe.

I lost 7 pounds in a week avoiding foods in high cholesterol. This forces you to cut back a bit on calories too bc foods without high cholesterol don't have that much calories. The abs just pop out as long as you at least work the same muscle groups you did before in the gym, maybe 70% of the time lifting you did before, and add cardio after.
