anyone know the protein/fat grams for 100 grams of crab meat? I have no eggs, tuna, chicken, or whey protein in the house now, so I had to look long and hard until I found something. Crab meat was all I found, but I figured, seafish....gots to be lots of 'tein.
nearly everything from the sea does your body good. not sure about PCF%

Are you talking crab cakes, canned crab meat, or just good ol' crab packaged by the market?

straight Crab meat has like 19g/serving of protein (even better than tuna). Little bit o' cholesterol though....
Good CKD meal:
canned crabmeat + mayo + salt/pepper :)

crab meat is good, i live in maryland so i just might go catch me a crab and eat him right now. i am on a ckd, so i cant eat crab meat. once i get a little taste i cant stop eatting. but i think i am going to employ it on my next bulk as opposed to tuna. it gets expensive though.

I would eat my way out of ketosis with all the protien. Before I started working out I ate 2 dozen crabs by myself. Crabs are good ****. So is lobster.

Protein won't take you out of ketosis....carbs will. Lack of fat will just kill you.
Protein can and will take you out of ketosis if you eat too much. It can be converted to glucose fairly easily.
