Hello people.. I'm about to get back into the gym after being out for a while due to a hand injury and needed help with my diet. I'm 5'10" and around 193 now, and I want to cut some body fat & build a lot of muscle. This is what my diet will look like:

Breakfast - 5 egg whites, 2 PB Sandwiches
Lunch - 2 grilled chicken breast & green beans
Pre workout - protein shake w 1 cup whey
After - protein shake w 2 cups whey

What should I add/remove to that? And also, what can I replace the egg whites with?

Add more food. Unless your protein shakes are actually meal replacement shakes that is not going to be enough calories for someone who is 193 lbs. You could also certainly do with more fruit and veg. One serving of green beans a day is not enough.

Why do you feel you need to replace them?

I want to replace them because I don't like the taste

Egg whites aren't an essential part of a diet. They don't really need to be replaced with anything specific. As long as your total calories and macro breakdown is where it needs to be, that's the main thing.
