Hello people.. I'm about to get back into the gym after being out for a while due to a hand injury and needed help with my diet. I'm 5'10" and around 193 now, and I want to cut some body fat & build a lot of muscle. This is what my diet will look like:
Breakfast - 5 egg whites, 2 PB Sandwiches
Lunch - 2 grilled chicken breast & green beans
Pre workout - protein shake w 1 cup whey
After - protein shake w 2 cups whey
What should I add/remove to that? And also, what can I replace the egg whites with?
