What do you guys think about this?
Maybe something like this.
Days 1-2: 125-150g
Days 3-4: 175-200g
Days 5-6: 225g-250g
Days 7-8: 275g-300g
Or something along those lines. Just rotating up and down etc. throughout the week. Supposedly this can be good for holding onto muscle etc.:cool:

If I were you, I'd make a low day, a moderate day, and a high day. And go low, moderate, high, moderate, low, moderate, ect..., ect...

Mike, I have used the carb rotation in the past (as has CD and EricG) and had considerable success with this particular method. At the time I was using low g.i. carbs postworkout also and my strength was increasing at the same time. On certain instances whilst using this method I managed to gain muscle, but it did occur at a very slow pace.
I was using something like this:-
Day 1+2 - 135g carbs
Day 3+4 - 175g "
Day 5+6 - 225g "

Hey thanks a lot guys really appreciate it. Seems interesting might be very valuable for attempting to hold onto muscle and lose the unwanted bodyfat.
I dont know I cant decide if I should give it a shot or not.

*** If you match your workouts according to this chart then you'll probally be suprised at the gains you recieve. Give it a shot.
In other words, on a high day your carbs should be higher etc..
what your opinions be if instead of rotating this every three days, he did this over eg 4 days or even a week?

What exactly do you mean? By the looks of things he is already doing an 8-day cycle.

lol, don't you think the phrase "high day" gives that away slightly Maki? :)
Did you mean on a training day carbs should be higher?

Mon, do something more extreme to get more extreme results.
Something like:
Days 1-5 100g carbs
Day 6 300g carbs
