Not too many people can open with a WR and make it look that easy. She was in the gym until at least 8PM the night before, loading weights for clients and spotting etc. CRAZY!

I was there for this.. Insane to be out lifted by a woman who weighs half of what I do. Laura is absolutely phenomonal.
