I need to start adding these bad boys to my routine. I'm training for college football so these are a must. I haven't done them in a loooooooooong time. I hit 225 lbs for 4 reps at my highest point back last year. So i'm probably way down now. I never knew, what muscles does this exercise actually work? I know the end benefit is some brute explosive power.
