Ok so I am fluctuating between 265-270. I am really determined to lose this fat, primarily to increase my efficiency in my ruck runs and over all conditioning. Let me know what you think and where I should be for ~12% bf. I understand numbers at the end of the day mean nothing but I need a goal to work towards. These are all unflexed. Cept the leg one, I flexed my quad, it looks better in real life, its a gorgeous specimen.

I am guessing 25%. I am also guessing depleted, you would be around 260 lbs. You need to lose around 35 lbs of fat to get to 12%, which puts you at 225, assuming you lose zero muscle which is probably unrealistic. I would say 220.

Of course this is meaningless because it is all based on a guestimate. Good luck with your goals, you have a lot of mass and should look great when you are done.

I'd say 30%. Good luck man. I'm cutting as well.

Alright sounds good, 25-30% body fat. I will use that as a reference and we shall see where I end up, thanks!

i would say possibly higher than 30

legs look pretty lean relative to the rest of you -- it looks like youre carrying like 60-70lbs of fat on your torso

That makes me sad

yeah you're prob looking at 75ish lbs to be 10-12%. it can be done and it looks like by the way you store fat that you won't suffer from any loose skin either which is great. i could be wrong though. it has happened before and will happen again

so you think i'm looking at a year and half to two years to lean out without a significant hit to muscle or strength?

you're looking at a legit year at 1.5lbs/wk. personally, i would rather sacrifice strength and a bit of muscle but we all have diff goals.

we do, it took me 4.5 years of eating and shitting a puking to get where I am now, another year is cool. Only thing I regret is looking back and seeing I added about 10 pounds of muscle a year or so, had I stopped to take a look I could've done that with less fat gain. But here I am working with what I got. And I'm glad people like you are around otherwise I would've have a clue as to what to do in order to lean out lol
