i currently weigh 248 im 5'6 my bench is 285 my deadlift is 365 military press 160 my squat is 320 if i start losing fat is there a way to keep my muscle my goal is to be strong and have good shaped physique can anybody help me

stick to the basics of a good bodybuilding diet.... Split your macros to 40% protein, 40% carb, 20% fat daily. Eat clean and nutritious.

calories will be burned through weight lifting. i wouldnt think you would lose too much of your strength if you combined your weight training with a proper diet.

thanks guys i`ll find a good weight-lifting diet and maybe incorporate some isometrics or plyometrics to boost my heavier main lifts. thanks
