Pills that make your stomach feel full or appetite suppression? Anything work?

Anyone ever use those pills or a fiber type supplement that expands in your stomach to make you feel full? Did it help you eat less? What about any other type of appetite suppression?

Going to start a big cut here pretty soon and looking for anything that might help in this way. Thanks.

I used ephedrine/caffeine last year during my spring cut after my weight loss started to plateau, worked ok.

those pills are more of a mental thing... stick to your diet. drink water/crystal light to suppress appetite.

Drink a ton of water and just nut up. If you're losing weight you're going to be hungry. That's how you know it's working.
