So you wake up and its just another day. Eating BIG is on the agenda as it has been every other day for as long as you can remember. With mouth watering you head to the kitchen to prepare your first meal...
What are your favorite HIGH CALORIE meals that you begin your day with. Maybe its the same thing every morning or maybe you have a few favorites that you alternate between. Let's have it!

16oz of eggwhites, 1.5 cups oats, cooked together in a pan... topped with ketchup... followed up with a bowl of MRP pudding...

Bacon, eggs and hash browns is always a favourite of mine if I have some extra time in the morning.

This is one of my favorites too except I'll have 2 slices of Whole Wheat Toast in place of the hash browns. Usually downed with a tall glass of orange juice or milk.

usually 6 whole eggs 1 cup oats
or if i have no time
1 cup of grinded oats with 2 scoops protein with with milk

Definitely make a big breakfast burrito if time permits in the morning. Extra large whole wheat tortilla with 6 eggs (2 with yolks), sausage, cheese and some ketchup. Then of course downes with a Nitrean shake at the end
Cup of oatmeal 1 hole egg 4whites tablespoon of PB and sometimes raisins add water microwave out the door.

2 packets instant oats
7 egg whites, 1 whole egg
16 oz. cold water
465 calories: 11g fat, 51g carbohydrates, 40g protein roughly..
Go work out, come home, eat a banana and (30 minutes later) protein shake.
At this point I've consumed nearly 800 calories before most people climb their as*es out of bed.
