Can u get cut on diet and weight training alone or do u need to do cardio. bodyfat at 13-15 %

If you're referring to cutting, cardio helps a lot.

You can, but you have to eat less, so cardio helps keep you sane.

Yes you can get cut by manipulating your diet and weight training.

Cardio is good for keeping your metabolism up, while you drop calories. Your body will attempt to slow your basal rate down so you can keep some fat reserves. You will get 800 answers about cardio because everyone's metabolism is different.

It will also depend on your workout. My heart rate gets pretty durn high during my workouts, so I think this helps me. If you just putter along, well you might not kick off your metabolism like a good set of heavy squats.

Try it without and see how far you get. It's the easiest way to keep on muscle. Track those calories so you don't cheat....
