Meal 1 suxs.

Lose the Brown Suger and add more protein. Everything else looks good.

Agreed. Long term goals might be to have more balance among all your meals, but for now just add more protein to meal one.

I think it looks good heath. But I agree with the other two guys, you need a little more protein in meal one. Take about 20 g out of Meal 3 and put it into
Meal 1.

I don't want to eat too many eggs, because I don't want high colesterol later in life since my dad has a problem of that. Should I just take a scoop of protein and a cup of milk and switch it from Meal 3 to Meal 1? Or what else could I add besides another egg? Anthony, does making each meal have about the same exact protein/carbs/fat help for better gains or something?

I agree with what these guys said. More protein in meals 1 and 4. Too much protein in meals 3 and 5. Also, like they said, try to balance out the meals better. If you are worried about the fat, cut back on the carbs in meals 5 and 6. Otherwise keep a good balance and stop cheating!!

heathj,
You need not worry about cholesterol in eggs. The cholesterol in eggs CANNOT be absorbed by the body, it passes right out. So there is no need to worry about eating to much eggs due to cholesterol levels.

Alriiiiiiighty then...Tried to even out protein throughout the day. Should I even out the other stuff also? I don't see how I can though because the carbs can't really be spread out more.
