Sunday (Feb 5th) (the day b4 i started gomad/lifting)
6'2" 138 lbs
max bench: ~150lbs
max squat: ~175lbs
Didn't record the weights/reps for the first week, but I weighed in at 142lbs on Wed(Feb, 8th).


Monday
Flat Bench 125x6, 135x6, 125x12
Incline Bench 95x9, 105x4, 95x6
Dumbbell Flat bench 35x8, 35x8, 40x8
Machine Flys 80x10, 80x10, 90x10
Tri-overheads extensions 100x8,100x8
Tri-pushdowns 70x10 ,90x6,80x6
Skullcrushers 45x8, 45x8

Definitely noticed strength increases already in my second week, but i didn't record the first week. 135 on flat bench was definitely a struggle the first week, but the 6x135 seemed to be a breeze on the flat bench today. Up from 142lbs last Wednesday to 148lbs today
Will post Tuesday tomorrow, because i'm a lazy ass and don't want to right now

Nice effort already. Pushing strength is pretty good for your weight too.
