Tony was stupid strong for his size, and should be on track for something huge at the Iron Man. I've never done squats with just briefs and knee wraps before, but my goal was 700 for the day and I was able to go over that pretty easily, although the last one was a grinder. My floor press was a 25lb PR as well. I've put on some weight lately, and its really paying off.
