i wonder if someone can help me im wanting to do powerlifting but i dont know which routine to do ive done bodybuilding before, and there are so many routines to choose from can someone help me with a good tried and tested programme please as im finding it frustrating thanks

Wendler's 531 is very good. Our 4 young lifters who started on it have made great and steady gains for over a year and 1/2.

The best thing you can do is to find a team within an hour drive and just start training with them once a week.

That will help you more than anything else.
