Summer is here and everyone wants to look good on the beach. Besides from the regular methods for reducing that most of us are familiar with, here is another one that I have observed: Work out in the heat! I'm talking about hot, humid, sweat your balls off, heat. I used to work outside all day and could easily be 10lbs. lighter at the end of the day......all water of course despite drinking alot of water. But it also does something to your metablolism. I've even read research that says you consume more calories when your body is stressed with heat. I could work all day in the hot sun, go home and work out in my steamy gym, drink a gallon of water and be ripped to ribbons where I could count every vain in my stomach. The key to this is safety: You have to be very careful and stay hydrated. Never let yourself go to the point you suffer from heat exhaustion.
