I've fell off the wagon about a hundred times now I would think, but I'm tired of being that guy. So, I figured that maybe reporting in daily might help to keep me on track if I feel like people are waiting to here back on what progress I might have made. I'm about 6'1 and 250lbs, obviously mostly fat. Not sure of any lifts at the moment, but I'm probably going to give it a couple of weeks before I try any maxes. I'm aiming for around 2000-2500 calories a day. Expect picture around 6 to 8 weeks I guess. As soon as it seems like I'm doing something stupid, call me out on it please.
