I'm wondering do folks here eat trail mix (nuts, raisins, seeds, etc) as part of their diet? I used to be addicted to the ones with the white yogurt thingies in them, but I'm wondering how beneficial trail mix over all is to have as either a snack or as a replacement meal.
Thanks!

decent source of carbs and efa's (from the nuts) but don't eat the M&M's if they're included.

I love it, and eat it quite a bit.
Seems like a decent snack to me, or for one of those times when there is just nothing better available. I agree with stpatrick44 though, steer away from the M and M's.

like the guy said on top, stay away from the ones with chocolate in it. Otherwise, its a good snack for bulking, lots of protein.
I'd say watch the sugar content, but if you're bulking its not that big of a deal.

jcybex- I use the mixed nuts and it isnt bad. It tasted good and has no (very little ~1g sugar)/serving and some good fats and protein. It fills me up, and easy to eat specially when you are at work.
