Hey guys, haven't posted here in a LOOOONG time (forgot about it, honestly, after I had knee surgery). Anyways, I'm on a HUGE cut from 295 (bulked up for football) to 175 (cutting for boxing), and right now I'm 5'11.5" and currently at 225. I want to be at <10% when I hit 175, so I wondering what you think I am right now? Any and all estimates are appreciated.

honestly what does it matter what someone else thinks your BF% is?

when you look in the mirror do you:
A) want to lose body fat?
B) want to gain mass?

if you answer A) diet.
if you answer B) bulk.

don't worry about numbers, use your judgement by looking in the mirror not by idiots like me judging you on a forum.

Tough to call, Somewhere between 15 and 20 I would guess. The fat you have is not very evenly distributed (which is pretty common) so visual estimations can be tough and not always accurate. Regardless of whatever number you may be you look to be in solid shape, which is what matters. Choose your goals from here based on your own desires rather than where an arbitrary number says you should go.

15-20 sounds right. back/legs would be more indicative. 120lbs is a helluva cut

i had very similar composition/size as you when i cut from 230 to 175

You look similar to me in that your torso looks reasonably lean but you carry a little on your lower back.

^Yeah, unfortunately, most of my fat is in my love handles. Hoping to lose them and get a good v-taper by 175 (probably won't happen, but I'll try).

You've got plenty of muscle mass under the fat. Be patient with the diet and dont rush things and I think you'll look very lean with some nice size.

Actually you look pretty thick.
Can see the love handles and if you lose 10-15 pounds you would look great.
Don't over cut.

What are your lifts?

^Well, I don't want to "overcut", but I box and want to fight at a certain weight class.

Bench: 335
Power Clean: 225
Deadlift: 425
Squat: 300

Have had 3 knee surgeries the past 3 years, that's why some of my numbers (squat, power clean) are lower.
