Haven't touched a yoke in almost four months (since Nationals), and worked up to 700 today for a pretty good run.

Nice work.
Yoke is my weakest lift. Amazes me you can do that much after not doing them for months.

Nice effort. I would have loved to see the look on the face of a passing motorist or some lady in her house terrified and holding her children as you ran by.

Thank you, I kind of surprised that everything felt pretty solid since I hadn't touched a yoke in a while.

Haha... there was a Roto-Rooter guy who stopped to see what I was doing. I told him "working out" and he seemed baffled that I would be out in the street carrying a large metal object back and forth for fun.
