Are you "King of the Dips?" Now's the time to prove it. Get on your dipping bar and do as many as you can. The count stops once you pause for more than 5 seconds or come off the bar. Could you be the biggest dipper?

That's impressive but he doesn't seem to be going down near as far I do. Is going lower better or worse for the tri's and joints?

The guy in the video goes short in ROM.
A good dip needs to get the shoulder below the elbow.

If you you want to focus more on the pecīs: bend over a bit (imagine you are bending to pick up a coin from the floor) and flare the elbows out; if you want to place emphasis con the triceps, do it with a straight body, and take the elbows backwards.
