HI
I have recently changed my diet to add a hell of a lot more protein and carbs and I was wondering if anyone could help with the below.
My new diet looks like the below
Breakfast
Porridge
Mid Morning
Chicken & Rice
Apple
Lunch
Jacket Potato
Tuna
Sweet corn
Yoghurt
Orange
Afternoon
Chicken & Rice
Fruit Bar
Banana
Protein Shake
Then if I am training I will have a Pre & Post workout drink.
Since changing t the above every time I eat I have felt bloated and like I cant finish the meal, I attend the gym 4 times a week in the evenings.
I used to have a smaller diet so not sure If this could be the cause?
