View Full Version : Portein & Diet & Bloated Help

HI
I have recently changed my diet to add a hell of a lot more protein and carbs and I was wondering if anyone could help with the below.

My new diet looks like the below

Breakfast
• Porridge
Mid Morning
• Chicken & Rice
• Apple
Lunch
• Jacket Potato
• Tuna
• Sweet corn
• Yoghurt
• Orange
Afternoon
• Chicken & Rice
• Fruit Bar
• Banana
• Protein Shake

Then if I am training I will have a Pre & Post workout drink.

Since changing t the above every time I eat I have felt bloated and like I can’t finish the meal, I attend the gym 4 times a week in the evenings.

I used to have a smaller diet so not sure If this could be the cause?

Question: I went cleaner on my diet and it basically consists of 100 gr. protein (powder, meat, etc.), with some veggies and some fruit (very limited though).
