Here are my first two workouts of MariAnne's 'Baby Got Back' routine which kicks off week 1 of my new journal. I will be doing this routine as a four day Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri split. I haven't worked out consistently in a few years, although I've never completely left the gym. I am fairly lean and still consider myself to be in good shape, but I need to take things to the next level again.

Height - 5'9
Current weight - 150lbs
Short term goal - 170lbs

I'll be shooting for 170lbs by my 24th birthday, June 14th. I consider this very doable, as I know 160lbs will come quick. I plan to stay as lean as possible. I'll be tracking my diet on Fitday again to ensure my calorie and macro nutrient intake is where it needs to be. I won't be posting my entire Fitday everyday on here, but I may make a quick note of my calories and protein for the day.

I think that's all I have for now. I feel very good and am ready to make some big gains in the coming weeks! Stay tuned.

Looks like we've both been slacking. And to think we were the WBB prodigies. Pfft. Anyways hope you're still around bud, I see this thread is old.
