Good Cheeses to buy

I'm putting my grocery list together, and was wondering what kind of cheeses are not too unhealthy and low in saturated fat. Thanks.

Farmers cheese is a lot like mozerella, texture, color, and taste.

Off from that, does anyone see anything wrong with processed fat free cheese? It has like 25cals, 5g protein, 1 g carbs. I know processed carbs are bad, but how bad could this be as a small protein source?

I can't stand the kraft-type cheeses made w/ milk. they taste gross.

I love pretty much any shredded, light cheese. Especially mozerella (sp?)
