sorry if this has been answered already, but with the ss bar how do you tell if you have the bar on its right side or not?

Basically the standard way has the camber angled slightly down, whereas flipped it almost seems parallel to the ground. You can use both, but flipped will definitely be tougher.

Sitting in the rack or monolift it leans forward a little bit (away from you when you are standing behind it) if it is the right way. If it's wrong you will be able to tell as soon as you get under it.

I hear people say that all the time, but I don't notice any difference.
Maybe because the bar is too light? maybe with some good weight on the bar I'd notice?
