I'm 5'11 220 and cutting to 200 by 3 months or less, I'm limiting my carb intake to 80, my calorie to around 2200, and getting a minimum of 200g protein a day, if not more.

What number should I limit my saturated fat, sodium and cholesterol to?

Heart problems have been an issue in my family line and I'm concerned that I am taking in too much cholesterol, and daily I'm starting to eat 2 chicken breasts and 3 eggs, and only one yolk. Should I be concerned with cholesterol at my age (16)? I know the cholesterol from eggs have not yet been scientifically proven to lead to heart problems, but there is hardly any information about the cholesterol from chicken, beef, and pork.

food cholesterols wont effect you. dont worry about cholesterols in foods. i would up your carbs amount though. 80 is really low. i'd try minimum of 120 or so.
