Due to a recent health problem (acute peri myocarditis) I can't do anything that elevates pulse or blood pressure for at least the next 4 weeks. I realize if I don't drop my calories I am going to gain fat quick with the huge decrease in physical activity. I was lifting 3 days a week and doing 3-4 30 min cardio sessions. Current diet average over past 30 days was 3687 cals and I was staying pretty steady on the scale. Any advise for minimizing muscle loss while I am recovering?
