Meal 1: Looks good to me.
Meal 2: Also looks good.
Meal 3: It looks good,
Meal 4: That looks good, perhaps substitute a sweet potatoe for the white potatoe.
Meal 5: If its not on a lifting day i'd say to really watch your carb intake at this meal.
Meal 6: Again, this looks good.

Hope this helps ya out some bro. ;)
Your fat percentage looks really good bro, don' t change it.

This whole concept cracks me up.

The "Eggman" diet, funny.

You can replace the "Eggman" shake (lmao) with whey.

Whey protein is the best protein for muscle growth. "Eggman" (lmao), is obviously a little odd.

Don't let this "Eggman" (lmao) fool make you think that all of your protein has to come from eggs.

The ratio's are great, the diet is solid, but the principle itself is laughable.

Twiz,
Try adding some cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg to the shake. That should really make it taste good.

Spidey, when you add crushed d-bol to your shakes, how does it taste?

Try McCormick flavor extracts like banana, vanilla, coconut, those things. In the baking aisle. Dont grap the tube frosting while you're in that aisle.

Looks good.

White potato is a good idea, since it's post training...

BTW, cack, you've been reading too much zulak, LOL

Whey is OK for a certain purpose, but to say it's the best is silly. The best would mean you would need no other. If given the choice of only one, I'd choose eggs in a heartbeat over whey...Even though they don't have a BV of almost 200

I just don't want kids reading this, and saying, "hmm, whey really is the best for muscle growth, screw this real food ****, give me a shake instead." What supplement companies and internet cut and pasters say is one thing...what works in real life is quite another.

I couldn't rely on just whey anyhow. It doesn't fill me up like real food.

Besides, it doesn't taste near as good as an egg omlette smothered in Kraft fat free singles.

Whey is the best protein you can take.

Whey is the best in every test, BV, PER, NPU, etc.

Absorbtion rates do make whole food a better choice if you're not going to be eating for more than 2 hours, and whey is definately not the best before bed.

Don't get me wrong, egg protein is the best whole food protein you can eat, but it's not better than whey.

Back to the old days, beercan? :)

You forgot to mention the most important test of all....the real life test...

I've seen it it myself, and in my competitive clients..

Call me crazy, but I put a lot more faith into what I see happen with my own eyes, than what some paper says should happen....
