All right I've been at the bbing thing for a year now and I'm finally starting for formulate some long term goals. Let me start out with some stats:
I'm 42
5' 7" 145 lbs 14% bf
31" waist
in the past year I went from a flabby 142 to 138 at 13% bf the first 3 months and then back up to 145 at 14% bf and I've got some muscle to show for it.
I'm thinking my ultimate goal is 165lbs at 10% bf. Is this reasonable? I have a pretty small frame and I'm wondering if I'm capable of gaining 20lbs of muscle. My time frame is open but I'm thinking I would like to hit my goal in no more then 3 years. Am I being easy on myself or too hard or what? I'm pretty sure I eat right and I like to change my workout routine at least every two or three months. Any feedback would be appreciated.
