This was my first time in a multiply suit, I will add a single ply brief next squat workout. should have went up one more set, but was worried about lack of spotters. Any feedback on mistakes I might be making? Thanks!

Good work. I agree, you need more safety precautions. Too much weight to be risking it.

Thats great for the first time for sure. Like Chris and you have already said, you need a minimum of three spotters for the weight you are using. Even with the warm up sets of 700 or so, if just one little thing goes wrong most times 1 guy isn't going to cut it. At least get some chains or straps to attach to the mono lift. Great work.

Thanks guys. Got some safety straps to put up this week. Going to add single ply brief, and pull straps tight this time.
