Few more weeks and I should be ready for a shirt. Strength and staminia feel decent considering I haven't been taking any suppliments since my last meet. Not even protein shakes. Going to start strict nutrition plan back up May 1st. That should give me plenty of time to get ready for the last Man benching contest in PA this summer!

Looking strong Rob. I know it's hard to lay back with rehab, but you have been really smart with it. It will pay dividends when you are back in the shirt.

Yeah, I have been off the nutrition and supplement wagon since my meet and I feel awful. Can't wait to get back on the program. That starts tomorrow. One more night of pizza and Breyer's Reese's Blast Ice Cream tonight.

Looking forward to PA this summer.

Strong work Rob!!

I totally hear you on the nutrition stuff. I've been mediocre with the shakes but my diet has been sloppy at best. The wife and I re vamped everything this weekend and got stuff back on track.

Micro Fiber tares in subscapula. Pushed my body to the limit to long.

Actually was 555 I did 550 last week so tried to up it. But I also added reps on every other set as well so I ware tired.
