Training for an upcoming meet which I have to bench flat footed. My arch really isnt affected here but my leg drive is. It seems like I get a ton more leg drive when I'm on my toes. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to get good leg drive when you're benching flat footed and keeping your butt on the bench? I know Mr. Dizenzo is incredible at this, hopefully he will voice his thoughts!
