I am 16 years old, 150 lbs. and about 5'9". I am pretty well built but will want to gain a hell of a lot more weight but still keep my abs. I was wondering if anyone knows of any good dieting ideas for me. Thanx

First off, this should be posted in the diet section.

Now, the advice you will get is that you will have to figure out exactly how many cals you are consuming now. If you don't already know, then write down everything you eat for a week and add up all the cals and divide by 7. If your weight does not change during this week, then that is your AMR. In order to gain weight, you will have to add calories to your diet on an everyday basis. You can start with 300-500 and go from there. At your size, I would just focus on gaining and not worry so much about your abs.

Well i know shrum personally and ..well...
to say his diet looks little bit loose....
shrum i say you should eat more of Beef...
Make hamburgers with extra lean ground beef and bring it to skul...

BTW it's not possible for u to gain helluva wight while keeping ur Abs...

U saw my abs Shrum.. i used to have "cut" abs when i weighed 115lb... lol

Shrum, what u should do is to write down everything u ate for a WEEK before u start specific diet..
That way, it helps u to determine ur maintain caloric intake... And then start from them increasing calories.....

U see that CACK kid is eatind 10grand kcalories a day... he's a crazy mofo...

Just eat. Look at yourself in the mirror. Be sure you aren't adding more than 3 lbs at the very most per week. Be sure it doesn't look like you're adding more fat than muscle... and you'll be fine.

Don't make it any more complicated than it has to be. But in order to get big, you must sacrifice perfect abs. Then when you're bigger, stronger... you can cut, and be twice as ripped. And if you're lucky, you might even find yourself with some deep cuts.

Shrum is my friend and a training partner... and well.. i believe he's not even 8%BF......
he's prolly around 6% BF.. he's really cut u know...
