Hi fellas,

I am a powerlifter from the UK.

Best recent lifts are:

SQ: 200kg (belt)
BP: 145kg (raw)
DL: 225kg x2 (raw)
OHP: 97.5kg

@96kg's...

I hope to compete later in the year and qualify for the British Champs next year, either equipped or unequipped (raw).. Haven't decided yet.

Training:

SUN: SQ/DL abs
MON: BP+assist
WED: Box SQ, GM, Sumo SLDL, abs
THUR: DE BP, DB BP, CGBP, DIPS, DELTS
FRI: Upper back/bicep

Cardio on Weds, Thurs, Fri for around 20 mins.

Diet: aim for 250g's protein/day and around 3150kcal.

First training entry will be on Sunday, heavy squat and DL.
