Brian you are looking very strong. How are you programming your squat these days

I see you pull very closely to your squat, have you been emphasizing the back or the legs more since the year started?

Thanks alot Scott!!! Since the beginning of the year i've been working with Tone Barbaccio and he's got me following the Prilepin Chart for all 3 lifts. It's simple and IMO it works. Other then that, I really haven't done anything specific to target my squat.

Not really, I try and train each lift the same and not focus on just one lift. As long as my squat goes up, my deadlift goes up.

Huge legs!
Haha, thanks Chris!!!

Solid!
Thanks Thomas.

Great job Brian!!!
Thanks George.

Who needs a prowler when you have a pink power wheels Jeep. :D

Outstanding lifting.

Wish my squats and deads were that close!
