What's good everyone who is reading this.
My name is Lil JRo aka Goldyn Chyld. I
started lifting weights in order to gain mass for basketball. I hate being the skinny kid even when I'm scoring more than anyone in a game. I played varsity basketball for my school since freshman year(i'm a soph. now).
My Stats: 5'10-146lbs.-34'' vertical leap-180lb max squat

Tomorrow I will post my schedules in training, nutrition, and sleep

On Friday I got a good basketball workout but i made sure I ate a big slice of sausage and pepperoni pizza before and drank some of my shake afterwards. I've been do preety well on consuming more calories then I've been burning. I couldn't lift weight on friday because I had to meet a girl. Today I'll try to go Smith Rec to lift weights. If anyone reading this has any comments please reply, also I am looking for a new workout plan with some more iso movements. I have been doin squats, deadlifts, bench presses, calf raises, and curls lately. Aight 1
