More like a squat clean. They look terrible. Best I could do though. 75lbs on the bar.
I notice my back rolls forward in the bottom catch postition.
Critiques? And what type of things can I do to fix the errors? Obviously practice more. I wish I could afford an Oly coach for a month or two...

I do these but don't nearly do the whole squat part of it like you. IMO, you should be a bit more "in control" when you squat. Sometimes you drop super low and seem almost wobbly. When you get to higher weights it might be an issue. And honestly, I might cut down a bit on how low you go too, power cleans are meant to build explosion, so over emphasizing the depth doesn't do much benefit. I just go as low as i NEED to in order to pull the weight. Just my input, not the law though haha.

Yes I'm pretty unbalanced with the catch. Even at just 75 lbs.
The reason I drop so low is because I see bigger guys max out like that. Guys cleaning 300+.
I can hang clean 225 just muscling(?) it up, but the higher the weight goes my ability to get underneath It greatly decreases.

As long as your doing it to support you and not doing it for the hell of it, I don't see an issue with it. But like I said, keep it in control.
