How tall are you Tom? I have always thought about entering a local ameteur strongman event but I am always concerned I will be too short for the events. Nice lifting BTW

Thank you - I am between 5'7 and 5'8, some events can be challenging for me because of my height but in other cases it can be an advantage since my ROM is shorter and I can pack more size onto my frame within a given weight class. There are quite a few other 105 Kg Pro's who are around the same height (Mike Mastell, Sean Demarinis, Zack McCarley, etc.).
Based on your gym strength I am sure that you could do well in strongman with a little bit of practice with the implements. I am not sure where you live but I can get you set up with a local training group / facility if you are interested.
Great job Tom!!!
Thanks Brian!

Great work. Good seeing a shorter guy get stones that high. Looked easy!

Have you ever done any strongman training to mix things up a bit?
