I comepeted in the M2 242. Raw, Weighed in at 238.

Squat. 500 opener 3 whites.. Side judge said I cut it close .
515 no question here, PR, took 1-2 inches deeper. Florida State record.
530 Same as above.PR, Places me 20th on the current Powerlifting Watch Masters ratings.

Bench 395 3 whites
405 3 whites Puts me at 23 for Powerlifting Watch Masters ratings.
415 nope.

Deadlift 475 easy 3 whites
505 easy 3 whites
515 easy 3 whites Florida state record
Total 1450 meet total
4th 530 easy 3 whites Upped the record.
Total 1465

My damn camera phone messed up so no video.

It was a great meet for me, I have been working harder at my SQ and DL. It sure showed.

Felt real good today. Pretty tight right now, but I'll stretch that out.
Brian Highnote brought his Okie bar for dl'ng. Sweet bar, I had 550
in me. For that matter I felt I could of had a 550 in the squat too!
Scott Tayler and Brad Hatch are doing a great job at making
each meet better and better.

Thanks. I trained harder on dl and sq, bench is down 20lbs, and it showed. I still felt stronger at the end. I wrote out 24 week cycle, stuck to it about 90-95%, mostly accessorie work I would change if I didn't feel like doing it.

Thanks Al, I worked hard for it. I feels good when it pays off. I need to get my bench back up. I lowered my volume on the bench this trianing cycle, thinking that would help but it didn't. I'm not sure where my weekness is.
