Hi, could anyone help critique my deadlift and bench press form. Greatly appreciate :)
bp 60kg x 7
deadlift 90kg x 5. The 2nd rep was off balanced. Overall i think my neck wasn't neutral.

Tuck your elbows more, they drift too far out toward the bench uprights.
Be tighter from head to to.
Get tight again, have feet driven into the ground so you don't fall back.
I'm sure smarter guys will have more ideas, just wanted to get the ball rolling.

Looks solid to me. I'd train in socks or flat soled shoes. Also, don't try to rip the bar off the floor. Get it tight and pull the slack out. Once everything is loaded, then you can rip it. But, very solid all around.
Your not even close to tigt enough. Tuck your elbows a little more. The bar shouylkd touch the top of your abs.
All in all, not bad. You just need to work at being much tighter. If you're comfortable, you're not tight enough.
