I wasnt gonna share any vids until the meet but after watching Brians vid I thought what the hell. Feeling pretty good. The RDLs have really brougt my posterior chain up.

Squats are looking great!

Have you pulled a near-maximal sumo yet? You seem to have your hips pretty far back and I was wondering if you ended up stiff-legging it?

I havent pulled any singles yet this cycle. The heaviest I have gone so far is 600 for a triple. Its def a work in progress but I have had some progress. 8 weeks ago I was doing stiff legs LOL. Thanks for the reminder though. Ill focus more on getting my hips closer to the bar next week.

Thanks Guys. With the baby number two coming in 6 weeks Im hoping to put together a good one. I might not be able to do another meet...........................for like 3 months! LOL
