Training Clips & Meet Clips Month of June 2012

I have been trying to take in more calories on heavy training days anywhere from 4000-5000 calories and less on off training days around 1500-2000 calories . Supplements which I take daily are AtLarge Nutrition Products, During training sessions I will drink Results and Niterean to gain help with recovery an muscle growth. Pre-Workout I will take RTS for energy. Thanks Again Chris !!!
