This diet is just for me to start eating healthy again and add some muscle, but I wouldn't consider it a bulking up or cutting down diet. I'm about 5'8" and weigh around 170 right now, let me know how it looks. Right now, I'm not doing any form of cardio except for my workouts which are pretty intense.

Meal 1
5 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg
1 Cup Oatmeal w/ skim milk

Meal 2
1 Banana
2 Scoops Protein

Meal 3
2 Peices of Chicken
2 Skim Milks (School Lunch)
1 Serving of Vegetable / Fruit

Meal 4
1 Cup Oatmeal w/ skim milk
2 Scoops Protein

Meal 5
1 Can of Tuna
1 Slice of Bread
1 Serving of Vegetable / Fruit

Meal 6
2 Scoops Protein

Thanks in advance.

lol this is the EXACT same as my meal no 1.. I like it.. How you gonna eat the eggs,.. I strongly recommend hard boiling them as it is soooo easy

Meal 2
1 Banana
2 Scoops Protein

make it 2 bananas and perhaps some nuts or flax too for some fat in there...

Meal 3
2 Peices of Chicken
2 Skim Milks (School Lunch)
1 Serving of Vegetable / Fruit

I like.. Perhaps some more carbs in there might be good.. Some potatoes or pasta ?

Meal 4
1 Cup Oatmeal w/ skim milk
2 Scoops Protein

A few nuts ?:)
Meal 5
1 Can of Tuna
1 Slice of Bread
1 Serving of Vegetable / Fruit

Nuts or flax? :)

Meal 6
2 Scoops Protein

I just kind of picked up on a few meals where they were lacking some carbs and fat.. Fat seems VERY low I would add nuts/flax oil in where I commented.. Nuts will give you some more protein aswell..

Drink lots of water and good luck !
Thanks in advance.

Id change meal 6. Lose the protein power and replace it with 6 boiled egg whites and 1 pint of skim milk.

Real food can't be beat especially eggs.

Actually cholesterol in eggs is neither good nor bad because it can't be absorbed by the body. It just gets passed out of your system. So no need to limit your egg in take BigBadad. ;)

even if the cholesterol is bad, isnt true that only the yolk contains cholesterol?

Yes, the yolk contains 150mg of cholesterol I think. Supposedly I have read your not supposed to intake more then 300mg of cholesterol per day but I've also read that your body does not absorb the cholesterol in eggs, like spidey said. Foods high in cholesterol will not raise your cholesterol, foods high in saturated fat will. Also, the egg white of an egg has 0mg of cholesterol and 0g of fat.
