I'm new to weight lifting and I wanna have a nice body. I'm 27 around 192 and a about 5'11-6'0.
I don't know what foods to buy nor do I know anything about a good diet so I need some assistance.
1. What foods are good for carbs?
2. Good for healthy fats?
3. Good sources of protien?
