At a mexican supermarket I found this oaxaca cheese (..no its not pronounced the way you just tried). It seduced me by its texture (looked like mozarella to me). Label said:

per serving.

total fat : 1gm
saturated fat: 4 gm (even i was amused at this).
protein: 17gm (the USP for this product).

It doesnt taste good if I eat it raw. Any body has any experience with this cheese. How do I use this??

How can total fat be only 1g but sat fat be 4g?

The figures are wrong. Total fat is all fat in the cheese, so if sat fat is 4g then total fat has to be more then 4gs. It might be a typo.
