8/20 squat workout
Been having hip issues since march meet. Been squatting and deadlifting in the same workout to try to bring up dead lift and to work mobility.

Hip mobility warm ups
All squats done with loose ets knee sleeves
Squat
Bar x 15
150x5
240x 5
330x3
Added belt
420x3
470x3
510x3

Warm up dl 135x 1 225x1 295x1
Speed pulls off a jump stretch with mini
225x1
295x1 for 3 sets
305x1 for 3 sets
315x1 for 3 sets

GHR
3 sets of 12 haven't done these in a while. It's my 2nd week back to them but they're feeling better and stronger

Rockies
I kno blue collar barbell gives me shit about these but I love them!
3 sets of 12

Overall a pretty good workout and at a lighter weight. Down to 284 from 293. Gonna need to get the weight back up but with a better composition
