I'm looking for your go to song when preparing to get under the bar for your heaviest set of squats or get ready to pull your heaviest set of deads.
I listen to mostly Rock/Rap in the gym, but open to all suggestions.

big fan of slipknot-duality, ramnstein-feuer frei, disturbed - stricken and down with the sickness, the whole sickness album is pretty good tbf, fond memories of my first meet, in the back room listening to it.

I am as serious as a heart attack. Don't know why, maybe because I don't
use so often. Damn near instant PR. Got goosebumps right now playing it.

My squat PR song has been Killing in the Name -- RATM for years and it still works because it includes the words "you do what they told you". If I do it right, it works.
But deadlifting is much more fun. "Jump Around" -- House of Pain, "Jungle Boogie" -- Kool and the Gang, "I Play Chicken with the Train" -- Cowboy Troy, "Too Legit to Quit" -- MC Hammer, all good. It's gotta be fun and full of energy.
