I think the deafening silence means everyone likes it.

You could always change breakfast to more of a PW shake kind of meal. Carbs and aminos are low. You can spike insulin and pack in some more protein.

Is it not disgusting to put oats in a shake? I would just cook the oatmeal and throw everything else into it.

Looks to me like you`re gonna go through a hell of a lot of whey . I would go with maybe egg whites in the first meal rather than a shake, and maybe something else instead of the chicken in meal 5 or 6, I`d get sick of eating chicken twice in a row. Apart from that it looks fine.

One question, in meal 4 `1 can tuna = 15g protein`, surely theres more than that, its usually about 25 -30g.

1 can of tuna does not have only 15g protein. 1 serving of tuna has only 15, but a can has like 35-45.

WTF ?? what tuna are you eating lol 45g in 1 can?

My current favourite is serloin steak, lethal **** hehehe.
