do you guys know of any sites that have calorie and nutrient charts for common foods?
I tried cyberdiet.com but it seems like you gotta pay for that now.... thats what i used to create my last diet...

I like www.fitday.com it's free, has many common foods and helps track them as well as weight, exercise, nutritional info and you can make custom foods from food labels.
