Just made and love it. Got a whole wheat bun, the size of a six inch sub. Brushed some low fat mayo on the top of bun. add some shaved turkey breast on the bottom. I like to put alot. Now beat two eggs and grease your fry pan with extra virgin olive oil. throw in the eggs, i guess you could use egg whites but im not to concerned about the extra fat. Cook like omlet, flip it in half. add to your bun and enjoy. You got your fat from the olive oil, protein from the eggs and turkey and carbs from the bun.

If some one could try to figure out a nutritional breakdown for this so i can add it to my diet notes.

Thanks for sharing! I'm building up my recipe collection for when I start Cyclical Isocaloric in August, and this will fit right in. :)
